Greater Miami Valley EMS Council offered warm congratulations to member agency University of Dayton Emergency Medical Services. At the National Collegiate Emergency Medical Service Foundation Conference, UD EMS won:
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association Award for saving a life using CPR and an AED
- Emergency Ready Campus – Bronze award
- Striving for Excellence award
- EMS Week of the Year award
