We’re excited to launch a redesigned gmvemsc.org — built to make it easier for our member agencies and the EMS professionals we serve to find the resources, protocols, and information they need.
What’s new
- A cleaner, easier way to find Council resources. Regional Protocol, Training Resources, the Virtual Drug Bag Exchange, Mutual Aid Agreement, Council Meeting Information, Council Committees, Council Contacts, and Award Nominations all now live on their own dedicated pages, organized under one consistent Council menu instead of being scattered across old blog posts.
- Real faces and real apparatus. Throughout the site you’ll now see photos of our own member department vehicles, stations, and crews — Huber Heights, Dayton, Beavercreek, Fairborn, and others — in place of generic stock photography. This is our region, represented by our region.
- A proper home for Council News. We’ve moved our news and announcements off our old external blog and onto this site directly, at News & Updates. We’ve also carried forward the notable items from our archive — retirements, passings, awards, and major announcements — so that history isn’t lost in the transition.
- Mobile-friendly by design. Whether you’re checking a protocol from a station computer or looking up a contact from your phone in the field, the new site is built to work well on any device.
We’ll continue to use this News & Updates page to keep member agencies informed going forward, so check back here for the latest from the Council.
